Welcome to Body Core Pilates
I offer one to ones and small group Pilates classes, never anymore than 7 people per class from my home studio in Milton Keynes.
I’m passionate about Pilates and love to teach. All my classes are based on the original 34 exercises by Joseph Pilates himself as well as contemporary exercises too.
Pilates can be modified for all most everyone and the benefit are endless. Each of my group classes will focus on building core strength and provide a full body workout to help strengthen and lengthen muscles as well as increasing flexibility, balance, stamina and lung capacity.
